Last night, I went to Emerge Yoga Studio in Merrick, New York. I currently take yoga classes at the studio so I am familiar with the calm energy there but, it was the the first time I signed up for an Antigravity Class and boy was I nervous!  I went into the class early just to get a little familiar with the silk hammock. The teacher, Lauren, was amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and at ease with all of the moves and transitions. During the class I was hanging upside down, holding myself up with my legs, and acting like I have been doing this for years! We ended class with mediation while in a cocoon position in the silk hammock. Well, to sum up my experience, I am hooked with Antigravity Aerial Class at Emerge Studio and I look forward to my next class!
