Today, I went to lunch at one of my favorite restaurants on Long Island. I went to Nagahama in Long Beach! The food and service is always outstanding! At times there could be a 45 minute to one wait, but it is well worth every minute!

We started with a couple of our favorite appetizers. We had the avocado salad, which is a mix of avocado, kani salad, shredded carrots, lime juice, and spicy mayo. It was truly a explosion of a blend of all the flavors! We also got the mussels. The mussels (2 of them) are served on a large flat shell in a creamy mayo sauce.

For my entree, I got the Rainbow roll which was crab inside of the roll, tuna, yellowtail, fresh salmon, and avocado on top! Again, another out of this world roll!

This is definitely a place you need to check out if you love sushi, by far the best sushi on Long Island!
